Plot: While in the men's room at a mall, an undercover police office arrest Vic and Debbie seeks out Melanie's legal help.
Xena's Comments: Well, this was another stand out episode for Sharon Gless as Debbie. Melanie's character is really great when she goes into lawyer mode. I was sorry that Lindsay is only in one scene. I think she could have added to a number of other scenes.
Gabrielle's Comments: I wonder how Thea Gill and Michelle Clunie feel when they receive a script and realize they will get nothing more than token air time? Lindsay appears in this episode for approximately 40 seconds, but hey who is counting? This is definitely a show that focuses on the male eye candy aspect of QAF. The basic premise revolves around who will be this year's King of Babylon. Lots of dancing boys on stage. There is an over the top West Side Story homage with Emmett and some boy he finds at Babylon. You will either love it or hate it. THE GOOD NEWS is that we get to see several "Mel our lawyer extraordinaire" scenes. Vic gets entrapped by the police for public lewdness. Debbie comes to Mel for legal assistance. Don't you get goose pimply when Mel goes into lawyer mode? Damn, she can work it! Hats off once again to Sharon Gless who steals every scene she is in - someone give this woman an Emmy nomination!!!
