 We try and try, but can't seem to find the time to locate new events that are taking place. We are looking for a few good women who are familuar with the community and can take an hour or so a week to go through local newspapers, etc. and locate events that are of interest to the DC lesbian and bisexual women's community.

What we do in the privacy of our own homes is now our business.

June 26th, a major ruling was handed down by the Supreme Court that states Sodomy Laws are unconstitutional.

What does this mean? It means that police can't arrest us, gay men and lesbians, for what we do in the privacy of our homes.

If you have any thoughts you would like to share about this topic or gay marriage in general, please e-mail dcdykes@dcdykes.com. We are looking to start an area where people can post their feelings on the whole issue.

The D.C. Divas, DC's Women's Professional Football Team, finished their season as the Division Champions with a 7-1 record. The season is now over, but the tryout's are getting ready. Mystics Season Is Here!
The Mystics season is in full gear and tickets are still available.

Don't forget to mark your calendar for August 9th when the New York Liberty come to town for an afternoon game. The start of the 2003 Mystics season can only mean one thing, that Mystics4Ever has started giving her wonderful thoughts on all things Mystics.
